Our Why
Women who dedicate their lives to serving women and children often do so in isolation, without the support, community, and resources they need to thrive. We believe that when these leaders and practitioners are connected, supported, and resourced, their impact multiplies. By creating a collaborative ecosystem, we give women the space to share knowledge, strengthen their organizations, scale their programs, and care for themselves as they care for others. Together, we grow stronger, heal faster, and expand our ability to serve — ensuring that the women helping women and children are never alone in their mission.
Our How
Yess You Can™ provides a warm, home-like facility where women who serve women and children can come together under one roof. This shared space allows multiple women-owned businesses and organizations to:
Coexist in a flexible environment—full-time, part-time, rotating, or program-based—so every practitioner has a place to practice, collaborate, and grow.
Make seamless, warm referrals to one another, ensuring women and children access care without barriers.
Collaborate on programs and wraparound services, multiplying impact across the community.
Reduce duplication through shared intake pathways, resource guides, and cross-referral standards.
Improve access and navigation with coordinated scheduling, events, and support systems.
Practitioners contribute by paying for office space, helping cover the costs of maintaining the facility. Yess You Can™, as the nonprofit backbone, raises and manages funding to subsidize the cost of client services—making care more accessible while sustaining a collaborative, high-impact ecosystem.
By combining a central homey hub with a sustainable funding model, we ensure that the women helping women and children have the space, support, and resources they need to serve effectively and grow together.
YYC does not replace existing agencies—it amplifies them by creating a community-facing hub where services feel connected.
